*If shipping insurance is not selected during checkout, BELDT Labs will not refund items lost in transit. If shipping insurance is selected during checkout, any or all items lost in transit will be replaced or reimbursed for original purchase value. In the unlikely event any items are lost, please first contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation, and check with neighbors. If the missing package(s) are not located within 7 days of being marked successfully delivered by carrier, or within 14 days of original ship date if shipment has not been marked successfully delivered, a claim may then be opened through BELDT Labs’ support team here. BELDT Labs will then initiate correspondence with carrier before taking any corrective action. If determined lost, BELDT Labs will issue appropriate replacement or reimbursement within 7 days. All lost package claims must be reported within 30 days of the original purchase date.
